CRF50 Front Fender Installation

1. Remove Stock Fender

• Remove the factory front fender
• Retain the original mounting screws

2. Position New Fender

• Align the CRF50 fender with mounting points
• Minor positioning adjustments may be required

3. Install Washers & Spacers

• Use included washers
• Reuse factory mounting screws
• Add spacers if necessary to prevent wire or brake line pinching

4. Route Wiring Properly

• Ensure brake hose and wiring are not under tension
• Secure loose wiring with zip ties if needed

5. Final Inspection

• Turn handlebars fully left and right
• Verify wiring does not rub or pull
• Compress suspension and confirm brake line clearance
